Just in time for Halloween: Devil’s Due Pinball is now available!
Los Angeles, CA (October 28, 2011)– Smorpheus Games Laboratory announces that Devil’s Due Pinball, a retro-themed table with fast action, awesome special FX and close adherence to real-life pinball is now available in the App Store.
Devil’s Due is a completely original table featuring eight special game modes, a secret undertable, multiball, hilarious voice acting, and fantastic graphics and physics delivered via the Unity 3D engine and nVidia PhysX.
The design of Devil’s Due Pinball is inspired by both early 90s pinball tables and the classic Turbografx games, Devil’s Crush and Alien Crush.
Devil’s Due Pinball is available as a Universal App for both iPhone and iPad at $1.99 USD. It will soon be available in the Mac App store.

Devil’s Due Pinball – Approved by Apple!
Devil's Due Pinball has been approved by Apple for iPad and iPhone, and will be released Friday, October 28th 2011 as a universal app.
The game will be available for $1.99 USD. Here is our primary screenshot for the iTunes store.
The Mac version will be released later this year. We are waiting for an engine update from Unity 3D for that version.
Devil’s Due Pinball …And this is what it looks like in-cabinet!
This is what the table looks like in the cabinet and in the room it's sitting in. You won't be seeing this room much, but we wanted to put the table somewhere so it didn't feel like it was just a video pin. This table breaks a lot of laws of physics (there's plenty of fire on the table and as you can see here, there's no glass), but we wanted to feel like this could exist someplace, even if it's a "No Exit" pinball parlor.

Devil’s Due Pinball – Work in Progress
Putting the finishing touches on our Beta build, and thought I'd share some WIP images. It's amazing to me how much the gutted version of this table ends up looking like a real gutted table. This is the stage just before dropping the play area into the room and outer pinball model.
If you haven't seen a complicated Unity 3D project in-action, this is a pretty cool look at the program. This is the layout I normally use when working on iPad games.
